President & General Counsel

John Charles has been corporate counsel for numerous companies and has extensive legal experience in high-tech industries. John has spent two-years architecting CloudCLM’s premier application: AGRE, Professional Access Contract Terminal. AGRE is a sophisticated Contract Lifecycle Management software program. The CLM software he envisioned is a cumulation of the 20 years of General Counsel experience and the thousands of contracts that he has drafted, negotiated, and managed throughout his career. In addition to his duties as CloudCLM’s chairman and general counsel, John still facilitates mergers and acquisitions for various clients and advises on corporate regulatory compliances.

Ammit Zakheim

Chief Executive Officer

A software startup specialist, Ammit was brought over by John Charles to oversee the growth of CloudCLM and implement the latter’s vision for the new company. Ammit began his career in sales and in time transitioned into both marketing and IT. He has over 20 years of experience managing teams and has brought the “Can Do” culture all the way from the bay area to his new home here in Las Vegas. Ammit received his BA in Marketing from Montclair State University, His MS in Information System from the University of San Francisco, and his MBA in International Management from the Royal Holloway University of London.

Baljinder Singh

Chief Technology Officer

A passionate technologist, now in a managerial role, Baljinder still enjoys working with his team creating the next generations of mobile apps. Always looking for a challenge and a lover of all things new, Baljinder was the first to translate John’s vision into code; Banjinder and his team developed the first version of AGRE. Baljinder is a graduate of Punjabi University.

Alex Osborn

VP of Marketing

While still a student in high school, Alex got his first job writing blog content for busy professionals. The pay scale was low, but the opportunity to research and write was more than what young Alex could hope for. While still completing his BS in Business at Utah Valley University, Alex began tasking as a search engine marketer and optimizer for small businesses around his school. Now a few short years later, Alex leads a team of online marketing professionals who are hard at work providing exposure for the CloudCLM flagship app: AGRE.
