Software Support Engineer w/ PHP & MySQL Knowledge

LegAiTech’s mission is to simplify the typical tasks undertaken by the corporate legal department. Our software makes it easy for the general counsel, acting as the administrator, to centrally manage the myriad of different contracts initiated at different departments across the organization. This includes sales, human resources, and purchasing. With our flagship product ‘AGRE’, contracts can be produced, reviewed, signed, and maintained in an effective, yet effortless manner that is both faster and less costly than what is currently available.

At this time, we are looking for an experienced, web-centric, results-oriented Technical Support Engineer to provide front line support for the company’s flagship product ‘AGRE’. Success in this position requires the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a solid grasp of Web and server technology. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, web development, SaaS, and Cloud services are a significant plus.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver timely and high quality customer support
• Record customer issues in our internal incident tracking system and follow through to resolution
• Answer technical questions related to product usage by troubleshooting performance and operating problems
• Interact with the company’s development team to resolve software bugs and escalated support incidents
• Provide assistance to onboarding team when needed in the installation of company software and conduct remote system troubleshooting as needed
• Provide installation, maintenance, and upgrade support for the company’s cloud computing offerings
• Provide internal desktop and network support to company staff

What you’ll need to be successful:

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related field. (Equivalent technical experience in lieu of degree considered).
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in technical support of Web-based applications.
• Professional experience in Web software development languages such as ColdFusion/PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, XML and RSS.
• Database proficient in MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Have excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced technical environment.
• Self-motivated personality with the ability to thrive tasking remotely.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Is a high-energy, well organized, hands-on team player with a winning proactive attitude.
