Customer Onboarding Specialist

LegAiTech’s mission is to simplify the typical tasks undertaken by the corporate legal department. Our software makes it easy for the general counsel, acting as the administrator, to centrally manage the myriad of different contracts initiated at different departments across the organization. This includes sales, human resources, and purchasing. With our flagship product ‘AGRE’, contracts can be produced, reviewed, signed, and maintained in an effective, yet effortless manner that is both faster and less costly than what is currently available.
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for getting new clients up and running on the AGRE application. This is a remote post that requires the ability to self manage your time. AGRE product expertise and deep knowledge regarding the functions of a typical corporate legal department is critical to ensuring new clients’ success and will include a 3 month training period.
This role is best for people who enjoy solving complex puzzles, working with clients (you’ll be their first impression of LegAiTech), and want to have the opportunity for exponential growth. In this role, you will:
- Perform workflow analysis for new clients.
- Work directly with new clients through chats, screenshares, and emails to ensure they are set up for success.
- Consult clients on how to optimize their legal team’s operations using LegalOnel.
- Become an AGRE product expert.
- Share your onboarding knowledge with your fellow onboarders in an effort to make the onboarding experience as great as possible for all our new clients.
- Deeply understand the ever-changing goals and learning styles of the CloudCLM customer.
- You will be responsible for regularly improving and refining the processes that you are involved in and are expected to take on new roles as the team at LegAiTech grows.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 3 years experience onboarding new clients to software.
- Product Proficiency.
- Thick skin and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently (written, oral)
- Teaching and/or training experience
- Service and team-oriented: empathetic, respectful
- Resourceful with strong problem-solving capabilities
